Welcome to GoGini BD. By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
We may update these terms from time to time — see Section 13 for how changes are communicated.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or place orders under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to use GoGini BD.
An account isn't required to browse or check out, but keeping one lets you track order history, save delivery addresses, and build up loyalty points across orders. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current information — especially your delivery address and phone number, since our delivery team relies on both to reach you.
3. Orders & Pricing
Product listings, prices, and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Many fish, meat, shrimp, and dry-fish items are priced by weight. The price shown at checkout is an estimate based on the standard weight for that listing — the final price is confirmed once your order is weighed at the time of packing or delivery, and may vary slightly from the estimate.
You can change or cancel an order any time before it leaves our packing station — message or call us with your order number and we'll update or cancel it. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be modified.
4. Payments
We accept bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking, Visa and Mastercard, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in most delivery areas.
- Weight-priced items (fish, meat, shrimp, dry-fish) are Cash on Delivery only, since the exact price is confirmed only once your order is weighed for delivery.
- Online payments are processed through encrypted, trusted mobile-banking and card gateways — GoGini BD never stores your full card number or PIN.
- For prepaid orders, a full refund is issued to your original payment method if we are unable to fulfil your order.
5. Delivery
We currently deliver across Khulna city and surrounding areas within our cold-chain delivery radius. Coverage and the earliest available slot are confirmed at checkout once you enter your address.
Orders placed before 6pm are generally eligible for next-morning delivery, with additional midday and evening slots in most areas. Delivery times shown are estimates and may occasionally shift due to weather, traffic, or high demand.
Please ensure someone is available to receive weight-priced and perishable orders at the scheduled slot — repeated failed deliveries may result in order cancellation and, for prepaid orders, a partial deduction to cover delivery costs.
6. Freshness Guarantee, Returns & Refunds
Freshness is guaranteed on every order. Everything moves through a cold chain from source to your door, and every item is checked before packing.
If anything arrives below standard — damaged, not fresh, or incorrect — message us with a photo within 2 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, no questions asked. Approved refunds to mobile banking or card are processed within 3–5 business days; Cash on Delivery refunds are arranged directly with our delivery team.
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been accepted and no freshness issue is reported within the 2-hour window.
7. Bulk, Wholesale & Pool Orders
Restaurants, hotels, and event organizers can reach our wholesale desk directly for volume pricing and a dedicated account manager — mention "Bulk Order" on our Contact page.
Pool orders let a group of neighbours or friends combine orders into one bulk purchase to unlock wholesale-level pricing, automatically split across everyone who joins. Each pool listing shows its own minimum quantity, closing time, and progress — pricing and delivery are confirmed once the pool closes and the minimum is met. If a pool fails to reach its minimum before closing, any prepaid amount is refunded in full.
8. Loyalty Points
Registered customers earn 1 loyalty point for every ৳100 spent on an order subtotal. Points are credited automatically once an order is delivered and are visible under My Account.
Loyalty points have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and may be adjusted or revoked in cases of order cancellation, refund, or suspected abuse of the program.
9. Gift Boxes & Magic Wish
Gift Boxes are curated or custom-built selections packed for gifting, with an optional personal note and a chosen delivery date.
Magic Wish lets you request an item, cut, combo, or recipe box that isn't listed on the site. We'll do our best to source and fulfil reasonable requests within our supply network, typically within a day or two — Magic Wish requests are fulfilled on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.
10. Acceptable Use
When using GoGini BD, you agree not to:
- Provide false information when placing an order or creating an account.
- Use the website or app for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, other accounts, or our servers.
- Resell products purchased through GoGini BD without our prior written consent, except through an approved bulk/wholesale arrangement.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including the GoGini BD name, logo, product photography, and text — is owned by or licensed to GoGini BD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
GoGini BD provides its website and services on an "as is" basis. While we take care to keep listings, pricing, and delivery estimates accurate, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoGini BD's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, stock unavailability, or events outside our reasonable control.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision. Continued use of GoGini BD after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Khulna, Bangladesh.
