What's the difference between "Whole Fish" and "RTC" (Ready-to-Cook)?▾
Whole Fish arrives uncleaned at full weight. RTC means it's scaled, gutted and trimmed for you before packing — the cookable (net) weight comes out lower than the whole (gross) weight simply because the inedible parts are already removed.
